– To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be purchased directly from our online store at icapmot.com.
– The item(s) must be unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
– A valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required to process a refund.
2. Refund Period: (If applicable)
– We accept refund requests within 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
3. Refund Process: (If applicable)
– If you are eligible for a refund and your request falls within the specified period, please contact us at admin@icapmot.ca with the subject line “Refund Request” to initiate the process.
– Provide your order number, the reason for the refund, and any additional relevant information in your email.
4. Inspection and Approval: (If applicable)
– Once we receive your refund request, we will go over the returned item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
– After approval, we will process your refund within 30 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method (where possible) used for the purchase.
5. Non-Refundable Items:
– The following items are non-refundable:
– Items marked as final sale or clearance or specially stated in the terms and conditions of the invocie.
– Digital Items (Membership Fee or Downloadable Items etc).
6. Shipping Costs: (If applicable)
– Shipping costs for returning the item(s) for a refund are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
7. Damaged or Defective Items: (If applicable)
– If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@icapmot.ca, providing details and images of the issue.
– We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
